Welcome aboard, Nyree! A Disney cruise is the perfect next vacation for your Disney-loving family!
My family has been on all four of Disney's pixie-dusted ships and we've seen Peter Pan on each one! He'll be around for many different meet and greet sessions, as well as sometimes just wandering around the ship. One of my favorite memories was watching Peter Pan sneak up on my son and husband in the hall of the Dream. He tapped my husband on the shoulder then ducked down on the other side, so when my husband turned, he saw no one. Then he did the same on his other shoulder. My son was in hysterics laughing and finally my husband turned around to find Peter Pan!
The
Youth Clubs all offer a Neverland experience for the kids. The Wonder's Oceaneer Club is pirate themed like a pirate ship from Neverland. The Magic's Oceaneer Lab is pirate themed as well and also has Pixie Hollow in the Club, as do the Dream and Fantasy. Peter is known to stop into activities in the Club with the kids too! Peter Pan stars in one of my favorite Broadway-style Disney musicals,
Disney Dreams, on the Magic and the Wonder, which is not to be missed!
And of course,
Pirate Night is on every ship, so he's out in full force to fight off Captain Hook and Mr. Smee that night! Bring your pirate gear or Peter Pan outfits to wear that night to get in on the fun. Yes, even adults dress up for the pirate themed dinner menu, Pirate Deck Party and Buccaneer Blast fireworks at sea like only Disney can do! So, check out the different ships and itineraries and choose the one that best fits your schedule and budget. Peter Pan will be waiting, Nyree! Happy planning!
