Guests, who have a Walt Disney World Resort reservation, typically can sign into their
My Disney Experience profile and keep tabs, modify and do a plethora of vacation planning through this handy dandy vacation tool. The My Disney Experience profile is a MUST when starting your Walt Disney World vacation planning. If you have not already done so, I highly recommend creating your profile, before continuing this mystery, and afterward download
the app onto your mobile device. The app is truly your lifeline when visiting Walt Disney World. Get comfortable with both the online and mobile app, so you understand EVERYTHING it can and will do for you.
Assuming your mystery vacation is not showing on your My Disney Experience profile, the next step is checking your financial institutes for a transaction. When making a Walt Disney World Resort reservation, Guests are required to put a deposit down and have up to 30-days, before their arrival date, to pay the full amount.
But ultimately, the easiest way to solve this conundrum is to call the
