Hey there, Erin! Welcome to planDisney!
It looks like you're planning one incredible trip for you and a friend! I've always wanted to stay at either
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa or Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, but the closest I've gotten is dropping by for lunch and a DOLE Whip Soft-serve from
Pineapple Lanai! I'm crossing my fingers that my family's next stay is at one of these iconic
Disney Resorts Collection hotels!
It looks like you're in luck when it comes to purchasing your
Tickets to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at
Magic Kingdom! This party is full of semi-spooky fun and you'll be so glad you took the time to attend! Between
Mickey's "Boo-To-You" Halloween Parade (my favorite!), the chance to trick-or-treat around the Park, and Disney's Not-So-Spooky Spectacular, I'd say it is definitely worth checking out! When looking at the booking calendar I can see that right now there is availability for parties on October 16, 18, 20 and 21, so you should have no trouble snagging some Tickets if you plan on purchasing soon!
When looking into your reservation dates at the Resorts you mention, I'm not finding much for availability. But don't worry! Even if you have to plan for a different Disney Resort you know you'll still be part of the magic 100% of the time! I'd suggest starting by heading to the
Walt Disney World Resort website and clicking "Places to Stay". Here, you can enter the dates of your trip and filter by price, location, category, and Resort characteristics. If you're definitely looking for a
Disney Deluxe Resort so that you can attend
Extended Evening Theme Park Hours, you can choose that in the Resort category tab.
I would also suggest playing around with your Resort dates. You may find that there is more availability at your original choices if you plan for a split-stay. A split-stay means you spend a few nights at one Resort and then swap to another mid-trip. Bell Services Cast Members are always kind and helpful and will assist in moving your bags from one Resort to another, so you don't even have to worry!
If you can't seem to find what you're looking for online you can always call and speak with a Cast Member at the Disney Resort Hotels Reservations line at (407) 939-1936.
Happy planning!
