Looking to travel with my toddler in Jan. We need hotels that have interior corridors, & transportation to the parks that will not require us to collapse his stroller. Contemporary covers MK and Epcot but what can we do for Hollywood Studios/AK?

Hey there!  Hi there!  Ho there, Rebecca!

You are as welcome as can be at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I am so excited to hear about your upcoming adventure to The Most Magical Place on Earth with your Mouseketeer!

My family has so much fun deciding which Walt Disney World Resort hotel to call "home" during our holidays with Mickey Mouse!  Like you, prioritizing location and transportation is often at the top of my list.  Complimentary transportation is one of the great benefits of staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel

The convenience of staying on the monorail line for easy access to Magic Kingdom and EPCOT is fantastic when planning for a stroller.  It is like your own magic carpet to the two parks!  Disney's Contemporary Resort is great choice as you also have the option to walk to Magic Kingdom.  Don't forget about the other two monorail resorts, Disney's Polynesian Village Resort or Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, which are also great alternatives!

To get your Mouseketeer to Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom without collapsing the stroller can be a bit more challenging.  You will need to use bus transportation or Disney's Minnie Van Service from any park or resort hotel to Disney's Animal Kingdom and back.

If you choose to stay at a monorail resort and have a Park Hopper option included with your park tickets, you can use the monorail to EPCOT's main entrance, enter the park and walk back to EPCOT's International Gateway to take the Disney Skyliner or use the walking path to Disney's Hollywood Studios.  This option would take significant time away from your day but would keep your stroller from folding!

You could also consider splitting your time between two resorts!  This would give you the easy access to Magic Kingdom that you are looking for during one portion of your visit, while providing the same easy access to EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios as well.  My family loves staying at the EPCOT area resorts, Disney's Beach Club Resort, Disney's Yacht Club Resort and Disney's BoardWalk Inn.  From these resorts, you can walk to both EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios as well as enjoy Disney Skyliner access!

Now it's time to say goodbye, I hope we filled your need!  Visit us again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any additional questions as you plan your visit, Rebecca.

    See ya real soon!  Angie
