Looking at staying at Saratoga Springs Resort in a villa due to party size. Will have 2 kids ages 2 and 5. I like the fact the resort looks somewhat secluded; is it too secluded where it is a hassle to get around resort and to other theme parks/resorts?

Hi, Nicole!  We have stayed many times at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort, and never have a feeling that it is too secluded or too out of the way.  You are within walking distance to Downtown Disney, some rooms have awesome views of the Characters in Flight balloon from the Downtown Disney area, and there are quite a few bus stops with just a short wait in between buses.  The resort is a bit sprawling, but we've always been able to walk from any location to the Carriage House or the main pool area.  My kids like to rent DVDs in the Community Hall for when they come in at night.

You can request a section of the resort closer to the Carriage House to make it easier if you plan to access Artist's Palette or the Turf Club often during your stay.  That will make the walk easier.  If you will have your own car, there is ample parking closer to the Carriage House if you want to bring your car from anywhere else in the resort.

I love the villas at Saratoga Springs. They are bright and comfortable, and I could spend a vacation here never leaving the resort!  I hope you enjoy the stay here as much as we have.

    Have a magical vacation!
