    Hi! Looking to stay at Bay Lake Towers in April '17. How far in advance are reservations excepted? Can guests of BLT use both pools at Contemporary? Saw there is washer-do we need to bring own detergent and are blenders available in kitchen? Thank

    Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort is not only a Home Resort for my family, it is one of our very favorites.  My heart definitely hums a little tune whenever we stroll over to Magic Kingdom Park for the first time each vacation with the monorail overhead.  It is definitely magical.

    If you are a Disney Vacation Club Member booking your Home Resort using points, you may reserve your accommodations 11 months in advance of your vacation. For any other Disney Vacation Club Resort, reservations can be booked seven months ahead of travel.  If you are not yet a Disney Vacation Club Member and you would like to book a cash reservation, you can call 407-W-Disney or 407-934-7639 up to 499 days before your first night.

    Guests staying at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort have access to both the locked Bay Cove Pool using your Magic Band, as well as The Main Pool and Bay Lake Pool. We love Bay Cove Pool and use it as a resting spot after a busy morning in the Theme Parks. Of course, the kids don't rest when there is a 148-foot-long waterslide to conquer!

    Disney Vacation Club Resort 1-,2-, and 3-bedroom Villas do have a full washer and dryer.  A small box of detergent is provided, and we normally also bring a bag of laundry pods along as well just in case we decide to toss in a few extra loads. Returning from a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation with a suitcase full of clean clothes is a big win in my book! Blenders are available by a quick request, but are not normally stocked in the cabinets of the full kitchens.
