Hi, Was looking at my reservation info and for the dining plan it has , Dining Plan: 2015 Table Service Meals - Child. At the time of travel my kids will be 18,16 and 12, so will my 12 year old be able to use the adult menu? Why is child listed ?

    Hi Jodi,

I'm sorry that you've run into a glitch. You are correct that for nearly every classification purpose Walt Disney World defines "child" as ages 3-9. A 12-year-old would be placed on the adult Disney Dining Plan. (And you'll be charged the adult price.) My only guess as to what the issue might be is that your 12-year-old's birthday is somehow listed incorrectly in the computer system.

To get this sorted out, you should place a call to the Disney reservation center at 407-W-DISNEY. They'll be able to look up your file and help you diagnose the problem. I would try to work this out prior to your arrival at Walt Disney World.

Please let us know if you have additional questions. We're happy to help.
