Hi, I am looking at purchasing 2 x adult tickets and 1 child ticket for 26th of October. I understand that this is classed as a value day. If upon traveling we decide to go on a regular day can I pay the difference in price and attend on a regular day?

    Hi Helen!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. October is a spooktacular time to visit Disneyland Resort and I'm excited for all the fall fun you have in store!

If you purchase a single day value ticket and would like to use it on a regular or peak day instead, you can certainly upgrade the ticket upon arrival! You'll just want to visit a Disneyland Resort Guest Relations location and they'll apply the value of your current ticket to the ticket you need and you can pay the difference. Just so you are aware, this cannot be done the other way as the ticket you are switching to must be of greater value. So you couldn't purchase a regular day ticket, choose to visit on a value day and expect a refund for the difference. If you are not certain which day you'll visit, you are better purchasing a value ticket so you don't spend any more than is necessary!

Please let us know if you have any other questions before your upcoming trip!
