Hi Rebecca!
Welcome to planDisney.
You are making a great choice by purchasing a
14-Day Magic Ticket (exclusive to the UK & Ireland) for your holiday in October. These offer us such great value, compared with buying tickets at the theme parks at Walt Disney World. Our 7-Day and 14-Day Magic Tickets include park hopping - you can visit each theme park as many times as you want throughout the day, subject to capacity. Park reservations are no longer required so we can be spontaneous with our plans. Water Park admission is also included (subject to opening) so you could spend a quieter morning there, and then head to the theme parks for the afternoon/evening. You can hop around to your heart's content!
Unfortunately, at this time,
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party tickets cannot be purchased from the UK, nor can your 14-Day Magic Ticket be upgraded to include these party tickets. If they are still available you can purchase them on your arrival in the United States but I see you are arriving on 29th October so it's quite likely tickets will be sold out by then as the last Halloween party is on 31st October. I'm so sorry that we can't purchase in advance (I say "we" because I am from the UK too, and have the same issues with these tickets).
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party dates will most likely begin during the second week of November if you are still planning to be there by then. You might have more chance of getting tickets for that special event as it's very early on in the Christmas season. That is my favourite party at Magic Kingdom Park, and I hope you will get the opportunity to enjoy it. If you get the chance to visit the park when you arrive you will see all the Halloween decorations to get into the spirit of the
season even if the party is sold out, as it will magically transform into Christmas overnight (from 31st October into 1st November).
Please come back if you have any further questions - you can
send me a direct question if you wish. We will be happy to help you plan your magical holiday, and keep your eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for all the latest official news and updates on both of these special events in 2024.
Sue
