I am looking at possibly trying to plan just a quick getaway n february. It would be 3 days- only one at Epcot. Is the shuttle available to get from any resort we choose to epcot and disney springs?

Hi Cheryl! Thanks for taking the time to visit us here at planDisney!

It sounds like you're up for a whirlwind trip to Walt Disney World Resort, and why not?  They don't call it The Most Magical Place on Earth for nothing! Whether your trip is 3 days or 13 you know it's going to be jam-packed with incredibly fun and magical moments that you're sure to remember forever.

February is an excellent time of year to visit the Resort.  My husband and I even got married right at Sea Breeze Point at Disney's BoardWalk Inn one February quite a few years ago.  The mornings and evenings were still cool but the afternoon of our wedding was a sunny 83 degrees - a practically perfect day!

With over 25 Disney Resorts Collection hotels to choose from, I'm positive you'll find one that fits both your idea of thematic perfection while also meeting your budget.  Personally, I feel most at "home" at one of the EPCOT Resort area hotels such as Disney's Beach Club Resort and Disney's BoardWalk Inn.  If the bulk of your stay is geared toward heading to EPCOT (and maybe riding Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind as many times as possible) these Resorts will put you right within walking distance!

You will find that no matter which Disney Resort you choose to stay in, you will be able to use Disney's complimentary transportation to get to and from EPCOT and Disney Springs. Whether you hop aboard a Disney bus, hitch a ride on the infamous monorail, fly high on the Disney Skyliner, or set sail on a water taxi depends on where you stay, but there are transportation options available.

If you're interested in seeing the routes from potential Resorts to EPCOT and Disney Springs, feel free to hop on your My Disney Experience mobile app and pull up the interactive map that you can find by clicking the second icon from the left at the bottom of the screen.  Here, you'll be able to "Get Directions" just by clicking where you're coming from or where you're headed.

    Happy planning!

Meet the Panelist: Ashley, Massachusetts

Hi All, I'm Ashley! From the very beginning Walt Disney World Resort has always been a part of my life. As a child I excitedly helped to plan family trips, as a young adult I planned our "happily ever after" right on Disney property, and now I'm lucky enough to plan magical vacations for my three incredible children. When we're not taking in the enchanting experiences of the parks, we're home in Massachusetts, probably planning our next trip! Learn More About Ashley
