I was looking at possibly booking a club level room at the Polynesia, in the Hawaii building. Can you tell me what level the club room is on? And where in the building - in the middle? off to one end? - is it located? Thanks!

    Aloha Allison,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for stopping by with your question.

I'm so excited to hEAR you are looking to possibly book a Club Level room at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort! My family has previously enjoyed a lovely stay in a Garden View room with Club-Level service in the Hawaii longhouse. We spent quite a bit of time in the Club Level Lounge and loved all of the Cast Members and delicious food selections. The Club Level Lounge is located on the second floor of the Hawaii longhouse and is situated on the west end of the building, which is closer to the Lava Pool. The Concierge desk in the Hawaii longhouse is located on the first floor. The entire Hawaii longhouse is comprised of rooms with Club-Level service, and you will have the option of a Garden View, Lagoon View or Theme Park View. Guests staying in this longhouse will need to use their club-level room key for access into the building. We have stayed Club Level at other Disney Resort hotels, but the King Kamehameha Club was by far our very favorite. Based on my own personal experience, I would highly recommend booking a Club Level room at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort for your upcoming trip.

I hope this information is helpful to you, Allison. Let us know if you have any additional questions. We would love to assist you further in planning a magical trip!
