    I am looking to see if the 2016 points have been revealed for the concierge, we are wanting to go to San Francisco in April and stay at the Fairmont we call and there are no points yet have not seen them on line anywhere?

    Hi Andrew!

    I’m sorry you haven’t had any luck finding the 2016 Points Chart for the Concierge Collection. I just checked the DVC Member Website for you as well, and all I am seeing is the 2015 information. My advice would be to continue to check with Member Services on the phone. I would perhaps be more emphatic in your need to book. If you are inquiring more as a “just curious” type of question you may not get as far as stating that you intend to book the reservation. If the Cast Member on the phone is unable to assist you, you can always politely ask to speak to a supervisor who may know when they are to be released. Another option would be to call your Disney Vacation Club Guide to see if they perhaps have more information for you. I’m sorry that I don’t have the answer for you, but I am sending you extra pixie dust for good luck in securing your desired reservation!
