When booking three separate rooms, you would book them in three separate transactions. You would complete the process for one room and then repeat it again for the next two. If you are paying for all three rooms, you'll want to make sure you've selected a lead Guest for each reservation you're not a part of and enter their information first. You will want to enter your billing information at checkout, but make sure that the mailing address and all the other details for the first Guest match
that Guest's personal information. If you are not paying for the other rooms, I would suggest that the lead Guest for each room go through the booking process on their own. Then, once everyone is booked, you can request adjoining rooms and/or rooms near each other by
calling a friendly Cast Member at the resort. You'll want to make sure you have all the details, including the reservation numbers. While requests can't be guaranteed, Cast Members will try their best to accommodate them.
If you're interested and it's in the budget, you may want to check to see if one of the 3-Bedroom Grand Villas is available to book at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. They are available in both buildings of this incredible resort,
Jambo House (the main building most people associate with this resort) and
Kidani Village (nearby and composed exclusively of
Deluxe Villas). They sleep up to 12 Guests and include a kitchen, common areas, in-unit laundry, and multiple bathrooms. There are also 2-Bedroom Villas that sleep up to 9 Guests if some members of your party don't mind sleeping in one of the common rooms. You can find out if any of these accommodations are available for your dates by searching on the website and inputting the total number of people in your entire party instead of searching for three separate rooms at one time.
No matter what type of accommodation you choose,
click the "Room Rates" button on the Animal Kingdom Lodge page, input your dates, the number of Guests, and any other pertinent information. Then, click the blue "Find a Room" button. This will bring up all the rooms that can accommodate your party and are available for your dates. When you find a room you're interested in, click the blue "Select" button and follow the prompts to go through the checkout process.
