Hey, Megan! Thanks for stopping by with your question today. I have actually found myself in a situation similar to yours and can absolutely assure you that everyone's Disney PhotoPass pictures will show up in your account, as long as they are connected in your
Family & Friends List.
There are a few things to cover to make sure this goes well. Load your Family & Friends List - is everyone in your party listed there? If not, click to
Add A Guest and click the option to request your My Disney Experience accounts be linked. If they do not have their own My Disney Experience account, you can just add them, their MagicBands (if they have one), and their theme park tickets. This part is necessary because the Disney PhotoPass photographer will link pictures to them by scanning their MagicBands or theme park tickets. If any of your family members prefer, the photographer can link the pictures to a Disney PhotoPass card, which has a series of numbers on it. You can then go onto the
Disney PhotoPass website and
Link Photos with the number series.
The next thing I would like for you to address is that everyone is allowing their photos to be shared. From your Family & Friends List, click
Update next to one of your family member's profiles. Make sure that box is checked on your end to allow them to
View My Disney PhotoPass Photos, and if they have their own account, make sure they go into your profile on their Family & Friends List and check the same box.
Megan, please note that you will be the only member of the family able to view the photos without the watermark and also to download the pictures at no cost. I hope this helps you plan for a picture-perfect day! Please let us know if you have other questions.
