Hi there, Kay, and welcome to planDisney!
It's always a treat to help a fellow American Mouseketeer say
bonjour to Disneyland Paris. Can you believe that you're less than two weeks away from the magic? You must be so excited!
As a self-proclaimed chicken tender connoisseur — snacking on tendies at
Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe while being serenaded by Sonny Eclipse is its own special kind of magic, and I could rave about the tenders at
Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen all day — I understand the importance of finding your favorite comfort foods when on vacation. With this in mind, I'm absolutely delighted to point you to some of my go-to dining options for a taste of home when visiting Disneyland Paris!
While there are several options at
Disneyland Park — The Lucky Nugget Saloon for chicken tenders and fries, Casey's Corner for hot dogs and chicken nuggets, Café Hyperion for burgers and fries, and Casa de Coco for burritos — at
Walt Disney Studios Park,
The Hollywood Gardens Restaurant is your best bet for traditional American fare. Happily, all of these are quick-service restaurants, so you can pop in at your convenience...no
dining reservation required! Most of these even offer the
Click & Collect option, so you can order your meal in advance through the Disneyland Paris app. Just like magic! Oh, and if you're looking for a meal that truly feels like home, you'll find a Five Guys, McDonald's, and Rainforest Café just steps from the theme parks in
Disney Village.
Since this is your first visit, I'd love to share two additional recommendations before I bid you
adieu. First, be sure to check out the
list of restaurants on the Disneyland Paris website and peruse a few menus before you arrive. You can even helpfully filter by type of cuisine and location. This can help you decide what restaurants you'd like to prioritize and what you'll consider your reliable safety options. Second, enjoy a crepe and glass of champagne on Main Street, U.S.A. around sunset. It's an experience unique to Disneyland Paris that feels particularly pixie-dusted.
I hope what I've shared is helpful, Kay, and that you're ready to explore all that Disneyland Paris has to offer. If you need any additional assistance preparing for your upcoming visit, don't hesitate to
reach back out. You've got a friend in me!
Thinking Happy Thoughts,
Lizzie
