Looking over New menus. Question, is DIsney eliminating fries from their side options. Specifically at POP can you no longer order the waffle/French fries? (Not showing on menu as a side) Excited to be planning next stay. Thanks.

    Hi Jacalyn!

We absolutely love trying new and unique foods when we visit the Walt Disney World Resort, but sometimes we just want some tasty comfort food!  For me, comfort food basically always includes some form of fried potato!

All of the dining locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort are constantly reimagining their menus and making improvements so that each visit is uniquely magical, but they also know that there are times when you just want some yummy fries!  Plus, they are aware that there are many picky eaters that visit, so there are usually a few simple and familiar options, like fries, available at most dining locations.

Although menus are always subject to change, I can confirm that last month, when I was staying at Disney's Pop Century Resort, I ordered waffle fries as one of the sides for my meal at Everything POP Shopping & Dining!  I had the Chicken Breast Nuggets with pasta salad and waffle fries, and they did not disappoint!  I even finished my meal with a scrumptious cupcake!

If you are a fry connoisseur like me, make sure you check out The Daily Poutine at Disney Springs!  Personally, I think the only thing that can make fries better is covering them in cheese and gravy!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
