I am looking for more information on Bat Day - October 31, 2012 - I saw one site that said there are special family/kids activities - can you provide any details - I have a daughter that is bat-crazy and would love more info for planning considerations Thx

Hi, Greg!  An exact schedule of events for Bat Day at Disney's Animal Kingdom has not yet been released, but you can bet it will be chock full of information on this sometimes scary, sometimes mysterious creature!  In talking with a Cast Member, I was informed that there will probably be some fun and educational activities that families can enjoy to learn more about bats and their various habitats.

I hope we get some more information as the day draws closer!  Check back with me in a couple of weeks, and I may be able to get some additional details for you!
