Hi! Looking for help with booking flights for our trip sept 2022. We are staying at wilderness lodge. Our children will be 2 and 5. Just looking for information as far as airport/ transportation available to Disney and any recommended airline. Thanks!

Hi there Kerri, and welcome! I am so excited that your family will be staying at my "home away from home", Disney's Wilderness Lodge Resort! You will fall head over heels with the incredible lobby, modeled after the beautiful mountain lodges of the Pacific Northwest, as well as the incredible pine scent you will smell the moment the doors open. It is so warm and cozy, especially after a long day at the parks, and I absolutely love the stone fireplace and four totem poles that decorate the lobby. Make sure to make reservations at Whispering Canyon Cafe, and if you are a Snow White fan, Storybook Dining at Artist Point! Don't forget to eat a bison cheeseburger with a blueberry lemonade over at Geyser Point Bar & Grill during the Electrical Water Pageant!

Transportation to and from the airport has changed in the last few months, but don't worry! You can still make reservations for transportation using Mears Connect, which is a bus/taxi service. You can call them at (407) 422-2222 to make reservations. You can also use a rideshare service, such as Uber or Lyft, as well as renting your own personal car, or booking a private car service. All of these options will get you to The Most Magical Place on Earth. Enjoy your trip in a few months, Kerri, happy planning!
