We are looking for great places to eat that don’t usually book up. We are approximately 3 months out, so many of our past favorite and “popular” choices are booked. Curious to see what other moms would recommend for ideas, especially with great food!

    Hi Angela,

There are SO MANY delicious and fun dining options all around the Walt Disney World Resort, so I have no worries at all that you'll find some AMAZING new-to-you restaurants! In fact, some of my favorite restaurants are lesser-known ones, so I'm happy to share some suggestions with you!

While I can't guarantee that you'll find a reservation time available for any of these restaurants, some places that often still have dining reservations available AND have super tasty food (and in a lot of these cases, really fun settings) are Biergarten Restaurant, Garden Grill Restaurant, Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen, Paddlefish, Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant, San Angel Inn Restaurant, Trail's End Restaurant, The Wave of American Flavors, and Whispering Canyon Cafe. I have personally eaten at each one of these restaurants and have loved both my meal and my experience at all of them! In fact, just thinking of them is making me hungry! Mmm... My dear friend and fellow Disney Parks Moms Panelist, Robyn, is a big fan of Olivia's Cafe, so I'm sure you'd love it there, too.

While I'd definitely encourage you to try some new restaurants (after all, you might just find a new favorite!), I'd also tell you that if you have your heart set on one that doesn't currently have availability, don't give up! Keep checking for times, especially as you get closer to your trip, as Guests often cancel dining reservations as their plans change.

Thanks so much for visiting us at The Disney Parks Moms Panel, Angela, and please let us know if you have any other questions as you're planning your trip. I hope that you have a truly magical...and delicious...vacation!
