Looking for gluten free options in Magic Kingdom and Epcot! For a picky eater so particularly looking for things such as gf pizza, pasta, Mac and cheese and chicken tenders. Thank you!

    Hi Alyssa,

Welcome to planDisney! We are a gluten-free family, so I understand the anxiety around making sure there are good options while traveling to Disney World. Luckily, Disney World is our favorite place to travel because there are so many options, and the food is all delicious.

When dining at Magic Kingdom, there are several fabulous places to try that will please every palette. If you are looking for quick-service dining options, our favorites are Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe, Pinnochio Village Haus, and Columbia Harbour House. Columbia Harbour House is our go-to for gluten-free chicken tenders and french fries. The bonus at this restaurant is that there are some great options like grilled salmon, lobster rolls, and beer-battered fish for the rest of your crew. Pinnochio Village Haus has gluten-free pizza and brownies so it is a win for most kids! You also get a fun view of "it's a small world" while you dine. Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe is our favorite quick-service location at Magic Kingdom because it is often calm and has chill areas to eat and relax. They have a good cheeseburger with a gluten-free bun and some more adventurous options for the others in your group to try! If you are willing to invest a little more time in a sit-down meal, Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen is a treat! Almost the entire menu is naturally gluten-free and it is all delicious.

EPCOT also has a whole host of options to eat gluten-free around the world. Regal Eagle offers some variety for the standard picky eaters with gluten-free barbeque ribs, smoked chicken, burgers, slicked brisket sandwiches, pork platters, and chicken tenders. I love this restaurant because the gluten-free options are plentiful, and it is easy to use Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering here, so your food is ready when you arrive! EPCOT has some of the best table-service meals for gluten-free diners. Le Cellier Steakhouse is one of our favorite restaurants for a nicer evening with delicious steaks and poutine that can all be made gluten-free.

The My Disney Experience app is a great resource when trying to find the best place to eat with dietary restrictions or allergies. You can pull up all of the restaurant menus, and they will list their allergy-friendly options. I love using Mobile Food and Beverage Ordering because when you order an item off the allergy-friendly menu, it automatically comes from a separate location and will have a purple pick in it, indicating it is safe when you arrive to pick it up!

    Happy Planning,
    Jenna
