We are looking forward to our cruise this January and I was hoping to have all of the family dressed up in Star Wars costumes one evening (not the formal night, obviously), but I can't find a clear answer to if adults are allowed to dress up?

Welcome back aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Michelle.

I love that you are planning for an adventure to a galaxy far, far away from the cold of Minnesota this winter!  Spending time sailing the high seas with Captain Mickey sounds much better than shoveling snow.

Add your Jedi robes to your packing list!  During themed cruises and onboard celebrations, all guests are welcome to dress in costume, from younglings to Jedi masters.  Younglings are able to dress in costume on all sailings.  If your sailing includes a Star Wars Day at Sea, don't miss this opportunity to be part of the story and mingle with both resistance fighters and the First Order.

If you choose to channel your Skywalker side, just be sure any accessories you bring do not appear on the prohibited items list, or you may be visiting Jabba and lose your blaster.  If you relate to the Storm Trooper crowd, just be prepared to carry your mask.  Helmets and face masks can only be worn when standing still at character photo locations.

Use the force to find all of the great onboard activities and character experiences during your sailing.  If you find that using the force to see the future is clouded by the dark side, you can use your Disney Cruise Line Navigator App instead to find the details of everything happening onboard.

Hop in your X-Wing and cruise back to us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any additional questions before you set sail.

    "Sea" ya real soon!  Angie
