Hi there Katy, and welcome to planDisney!
As a fellow fan of putting patches on my gear, I can definitely relate to how nice it is to take a little piece of the destinations you visit with you along on every new adventure! However I've actually found it more and more difficult to find fabric patches compared to what it was like in the past, which also seems to be the case at Walt Disney World Resort; I've been trying my best over the past year to procure some new ones for myself in person without resorting to
shopping online and here's where I've been able to spot some at
a few select merchandise locations:
- Right on Main Street U.S.A. in Magic Kingdom Park I picked up a few retro patches from Main Street Cinema that had a great vintage vibe as part of the Vault Collection. (The Cast Members in there can do their best to help point you in the right direction in case they don't have anything currently in stock!)
- Over at Disney Springs, I make a point of checking out what's available over at DisneyStyle, World of Disney and especially Tren-D, where I've often been able to spot a few finds from the PatcheD Disney Parks collection from time to time.
- As you mentioned, the stalls found at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge have consistently had a great selection of patches, and I really like the Resistance Mission Patch sets that I previously purchased - it's worth checking back to see if any newer designs are available!
