Hi Samantha!  Disney has offered several special offers throught the years including free dining, room discount, and kids stay and eat free.  I've listed the discounts for January based on the previous years:

    2009

7 Nights for the Price of 4; Up to 35% off room discount

    2010

7 Nights for the Price of 4; Free Disney gift card with vacation package; Up to 45%off room discount

    2011

Thus far for 2012, they have only release a room discount.  Historically, the special offers for January have been released in the late quarter of each year, usually October or November.  To find a very comprehensive list of previous years discounts, visit Mousesavers.com.  They have a list of discounts dating back to 2009.

Hope this helps you plan a magical Disney vacation!
