    I am looking at the Disney wonder from Sydney to Hobart over Christmas. Whilst I know it won't be a Disney Merry themed cruise, I want to know if there will be Christmas trees ect? Christmas food doesn't matter as much.

    Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you brought your merry question to us. 

    Our planDisney team was so excited to hear that Guests aboard select Australian Disney Magic at Sea cruises were surprised by Christmas decorations in 2023. While these were not Very Merrytime Cruises with holiday-themed entertainment and activities, there was certainly a festive atmosphere. If your cruise is not listed as a Very Merrytime Cruise there is no guarantee that Christmas decorations will be up, but one can always ask Santa and hope the jolly ol' elf comes through!

    While it isn't Christmas, you will do lots of celebrating at Tiana's Place, one of my favorite Rotational Dining options aboard Disney Cruise Line. This New Orleans-style venue is one big celebration, including live jazz music and amazing food. Make sure to save room for Tiana's Buttermilk Beignets or Mama Odie's Chocolate Bread Pudding, or do what I do and order both!
