Hi Bryce! Thanks for stopping by planDisney!
I think you've already made some progress on planning your trip to
Walt Disney World Resort by choosing the dates you wish to visit! I have to say I think you've picked some excellent ones! February is a wonderful time to visit because the weather is warming up again, you might catch the
EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, AND next year you'll still be able to celebrate the 50th anniversary of The Most Magical Place on Earth!
While you can always complete a quick internet search for an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner to help you plan every magical moment, we here at planDisney tend to think that planning is half the fun! If you get stuck or feel overwhelmed you know you can always pop back here for any and all Disney advice!
If you're hoping to plan this trip on your own I would suggest making three important decisions first.
1) When would you like to visit Walt Disney World Resort? CHECK!
2) How many nights would you like to spend as a Guest of a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel?
3) Are you planning on visiting one Theme Park per day with a
Standard Theme Park Ticket or do you want to be able to visit more than one Park per day with the
Park Hopper Option or Park Hopper Plus Option (which includes visits to the Water Parks like Disney's Typhoon Lagoon as well as other fun add-ons).
Once you've made these decisions even more fun begins! You can start by browsing through the more than 25 Disney Resorts you have to choose from and finding the perfect one to fit your taste and budget. I like to head to the "Panel Extas" section of the planDisney site where I can find bite-size information about each Resort in the
Disney Resort Hotels Pocket Guides. With a party of your size, you'll probably want to look into reserving two Standard Guest Rooms or a 2-bedroom villa at one of the Disney Deluxe Villas such as
Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa.
When you've made your decisions head to the Walt Disney World Resort website and click "Places to Stay" to begin setting your practically perfect plans in stone! As you continue with the planning process please feel free to come back and ask us anything. We're happy to help!
