I was looking on the disney site and i now notice that reservations are stated as 90 days in advance. When did they change the time frame from 180 days to 90 days for dining reservations?

Rebecca that change took place at the end of 2008.  At this time dining reservations can be made 90 days in advance, but there are some exceptions at this time.  The exceptions are Chef Mickey, Cinderella's Royal Table and Victoria and Albert's.  These 3 dining experiences can be booked 180 days in advance through June 19, 2009.  After June 19, 2009, all dining reservations and tours will be booked 90 days in advance.  Hope this helps and that you have a magical stay at WDW.
