Hi Tracy,
Thanks so much for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question! I'm glad to hear you're considering the
Candlelight Dinner Package. It's such a wonderful experience and the perfect way to celebrate the spirit of the season at Walt Disney World.
Biergarten Restaurant is a great choice for kids and adults alike since it's a buffet, meaning there are lots of options to fit every palate. If you want an idea of some of the choices that are typically served, you can find the menu
here. Every buffet will offer a "kids section" that has things like pizza, chicken nuggets and macaroni and cheese. You can also add on some new flavors for your son to sample while you're there...and be sure to save room for some apple strudel for dessert. Yum! Kids also love the oompah band that performs throughout the evening, complete with dance party in front of the stage.
Here's the current pricing I was able to find:
Lunch: $37.27 for adults (ages 10 and up) and $20.23 for children (3-9)
Dinner: $56.44 for adults (ages 10 and up) and $30.88 for children (3-9)
Children under 3 are free. These prices include tax, but not gratuity.
If you're dining between 12:30 p.m.-2:30 p.m., you'll be seated at the 5:00 p.m. showing of the Candlelight Processional, between 3:30 p.m.-4:15 p.m. at the 6:45 p.m. showing and between 4:20 p.m.-5:45 p.m., at the 8:15 p.m. showing.
I hope that helps with your planning, Tracy. If we can help answer any other questions as you make your vacation plans, please write back anytime. Wishing you a magical vacation!
Beth
