We are looking at the Coronado Springs: I read that they were testing a "buffet" for breakfast/unch in food court. Is this permanent? All the reviews for food court with waiter service/mandatory tip are unfavorable, I wish they would change it

Hi Sandy!  Coronado Springs happens to be my favorite resort!  There really is so much to see and do while staying in either of the three themed areas.  While it is true that the Pepper Market is currently testing a buffet, there is no guarantee that this is permanent.  The buffet replaces the current food stations that were previously used.  The buffet options range from American food like Pizza and hamburgers to more traditional Mexican fare such as rice and beans to quesadillas, all offered at one set price.

Currently, there is no update as to whether or not this will become permanent, however, you should check the Coronado Springs page of the Walt Disney World website periodically and see if they have up to date information.

Thanks for asking, and feel free to stop by and ask anything!  We are here to help!
