    I am looking into buying ticket for myself and family this October. I am a Florida resident but the rest of my family is not. Will they need to show ID when going to the park?

    So glad you joined us with your question here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    How fun to have a family getaway at the Walt Disney World Resort! If you are the only Florida resident in your group, only you are eligible for special Florida Resident ticket rates. These discounted tickets are reserved for those with a Florida ID or other proof of Florida residency, such as a mortgage or bank statement. Each adult must have valid Florida identification to use those tickets.

    However, please don't let this discourage you! Mickey often has other Special Offers available that can save you some money on your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.  Feel free to bookmark the special offers page and visit it frequently, as offers can pop up at anytime.
