We are looking at booking a vacation the week of April 24, 2011. As of now, the plan is for 1 grandma, 2 parents, and 3 kids ages 6, 4, and 1, though a 4th adult may be coming. What are the most economical options for places to stay? Thanks!

    Hi Kathy,

This is a tough question. Currently, you will need to have two rooms. You can ask for adjoining rooms at any of the value resorts. You could also fit without the extra adult in a suite at the All Star Music because the littlest one can go in a pack and play which is in the room. You would have a kitchenette and two full bathrooms to use.

Another option is to stay in a two bedroom suite at any of the following: the Boardwalk Villas, Beach Club Villas, Bay Lake Towers or any other of the two bedroom villas on property. This would allow extra space for your family in the event the other adult comes. In addition, you would have a full kitchen available to make meals which could save on your food budget.

The reason I recommended these resorts is the ability to walk to two parks or use the monorail to get to two parks. With little children and strollers, using transportation which you do not need to collapse a stroller is a plus.

I hope you have a magical vacation!
