I am looking into booking a trip in sep 2021 with 4 adults and 2 children, two of the adults need a roll in shower. In the newly refurbished family suites at all star music (handicap accessible) are both showers roll in, or is it only one? Which one?

Hi Kimberly!  Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I was just recently chatting with some of my Moms Panel friends about the refurbishment currently underway at Disney's All-Star Music Resort.  The new Family Suites look so nice!  I am a huge fan of the modern decor and reimagined layout of the rooms.  Keep in mind that at this time, only a few buildings at Disney's All-Star Music Resort have been refurbished.  A target completion date for all suites or all buildings has not been publicly announced.

It is my understanding that in the accessible Family Suites that provide a roll-in shower, it is only in the master bath.  The other bathroom has a tub/shower combination, similar to the configuration of the Family Suites with a roll-in shower at Disney's Art of Animation Resort.

I recommend calling the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line at (407) 939-1936 to talk to a reservation specialist for help in reserving accommodations that will work best for your family.

Kimberly, we'd love to help you with any other questions you may have as you plan your visit to Walt Disney World Resort.  Please stop by the Moms Panel again anytime.
