    Hi, we are looking at booking for 14 nights in June 2017. All of the hotels are available except for Saratoga Springs and Key West which both say 'Pre Register.' Is there any reason for this? Thank you for your help

    Thanks for joining us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!

    If you wish to book a fabulous vacation in a Disney Vacation Club Resort Deluxe Villa, such as in Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa or Disney's Old Key West Resort, more than 11-months in advance, your reservation is held in pre-registration status. This is simply because Walt Disney World Resort cannot confirm your reservation until you are within 11-months of your check-out date, pending availability. 

    To make a reservation in pre-registration status, you will place your normal deposit. When your accommodations are confirmed, you will receive notice that your reservation is no longer pending, and continue to plan as usual. If the Deluxe Villa that you desire is unavailable, a Disney expert will be in contact to help you make other plans for your unforgettable Disney Parks vacation.
