I am looking at booking for this fall for my nine year old son and I, which All-Star resort do you recommend?

    Dear Kristen,

Thanks for touching base here with us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question about choosing your Walt Disney World Resort hotel for the fall.

The three All-Star hotels each have a very distinct theme and personality, but I would recommend all three of them. Factors that might influence your decision include cost and availability. There can sometimes be a cost savings to staying at one or another of the All-Stars, and at times they are fully booked.

If neither of those is a concern for you, then I think the main aspect to consider is theming. The three hotels are themed very differently. Disney's All-Star Sports Resort has a sports theme and you will see a lot of decor and activities around that. It might be perfect if your son is a baseball or football fan, for example!

Disney's All-Star Music Resort has a music theme and oversized juke boxes and conga drums will inspire your young musician. There is even a guitar-shaped pool!

Last but not least, Disney's All-Star Movies Resort celebrates classic Disney movies including 101 Dalmations, Fantasia, and more!

Honestly, you will be happy at any of these three resort hotels, and they all feature gift shops, food courts, and pools. Have a fun time deciding and have a magical vacation!
