Ahoy, Nicole!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm excited to hEAR about your plans to book a
Very Merrytime Cruise aboard the
Disney Magic! The ship will be decked out with its dazzling decor, and you'll love the festivities planned for your holiday sailing including Santa's Winter Wonderland Ball, the Deck the Deck Tropical Holiday Party and Disney Character Greetings in their adorable holiday attire just to name a few! Disney's private island,
Castaway Cay, will also have a splash of festive fun to keep you in the holiday spirit during your visit! All the special holiday touches makes this sailing one of my family's favorites!
As you finalize your plans to set sail with Disney Cruise Line, you'll want to look for flights to the Miami International Airport. At this time, Disney Cruise Line does offer
ground transportation to and from the Port of Miami from the Miami Airport. My crew has flown to this airport a few times, and the ride to the port is only about 20 minutes. If you choose to fly in a day early, Disney Cruise Line has partnered with the Conrad Miami and the Marriott Stanton South Beach to provide ground transportation. A round trip voucher includes airport to hotel, hotel to port and port to airport. If your schedule allows, I always recommend flying in at least one day early just in case you experience any unexpected delays. You can add transportation to your cruise reservation up to three days prior to departure.
Nicole, I'm so glad you stopped by with your cruise question. Please keep us posted as you continue to plan for a "Merrytime" on the high seas!
Have magical day!
Nancy
