Hi, I am looking to book our first trip to Disney and want to give it as a gift to our girls (10 &12) for Christmas. Any ideas for how to make it a great surprise gift and any suggestions for must see areas etc during our stay (Feb 2013) Thanks.

Hi, Tamara!  There are so many fun ways to do this!  I've done a scavenger hunt before with my girls, where they open a present and find a clue.  That leads them to another part of the house, where there's another clue.  It's always fun for them to try and figure out what the clues mean.

I also like giving them gifts that they might use on a Walt Disney World vacation and putting them under the tree.  A bottle of sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a Disney t-shirt, and then at last, a box that contains either the Disney vacation planning DVD or maybe some park maps.

You could make a crossword puzzle to put in their stockings, and have all the answers be Disney answers.  You could do the same with a word search puzzle.

I hope they are surprised and excited by the upcoming trip!
