Hi, I am looking to book our first family vacation at Disney. Not sure which of these times would be the least crowded : Thanksgiving week, the week btwn. Christmas and New Years, Feb 19-27 2011, or April 16-24, 2011. Any suggestions? Thank you so much.

    Joanne,

Without question, the Thanksgiving week and Christmas-to-New-Year weeks are the very busiest times at Walt Disney World, for the entire year.

As for your other dates, that time in February is pretty busy, though obviously not as busy as during the aforementioned holidays. Without question the April time frame that you mentioned will be the lightest of all. It won't be a huge difference from the February time frame that you mentioned, but still noticeably lighter.

That is when I would go, of the four times that you mention!

Feel free to send me any other questions that you may have!

    Have a magical vacation!
