I was looking to book a Disney 3 night cruise and a 7 night stay at a disney resort with park passes, for our family of 5 but not sure if our oldest son will be able to come on the trip. Can we book as a family of 4 and add him if he is able to join us?

    Hey there Jennifer!

Welcome to the WDW Moms Panel!  I'm so glad you are hEAR!  Combining a WDW vacation with a Disney Cruise is the ultimate Disney experience!  Disney has so much to offer on both land and sea, and a surf and turf vacation will allow you to enjoy it all!  I would definitely suggest you include your son in your cruise reservation.  It will be much easier to remove him than to add him later.  The ship and stateroom capacities can be reached at any time, and even though you have a stateroom that sleeps five, the ship may already be considered full.  Disney Cruise Line wants to make sure everyone onboard has the opportunity to have the most magical time and that is why Guest limits are set.  Also, if you decide to add him later, the cruise rate may be significantly higher.  You can remove him before final payment which is 75 days prior to sailing to avoid any cancellation fees.

I hope this helps you with your vacation planning.  Please let me know if you have any further questions.  I'm happy to help!

    Have a wonderful day!
