Looking to book on Disney Fantasy, deck 8, with a balcony. Should we book the Port side or the Starboard side. Taking into consideration how the wind will blow at night when sitting on the deck and if we can sit on our deck and see Castaway Cay when docked

    Hey Lynette!

Thanks for writing back!  When I was on the Dream last spring, the Captain backed the ship into the port so the verandahs on the port side had the spectacular views.  I would think the Fantasy would do the same, but the Captain may decide to do something differently on your sailing.  As far as the wind at night, it depends on the sea conditions and how fast you are sailing along to your next tropical destination.  Hopefully, the partitions between the verandahs will help break some of the wind so you can enjoy some time under the moonlight.

I wish I had a definite answer for you, but hope this helps with your planning.  Please let me know if I can help you further.

    Have a magical day!
