Ahoy, Bonnie!
Excellent news!
Planning a cruise is an exciting time so enjoy every magical moment and know that we are hEAR to help with questions you may have along the way. It can seem a bit overwhelming at first, but once everything is in place and you're aboard, you'll love experiencing the magic of Disney at sea.
I have some very good news for you about the
stateroom offerings aboard Disney Cruise Line. Each category offers bunk beds-a convertible sofa bed on the bottom and an upper-berth pull-down from the ceiling for the top. The top offers a railing if you have a little one and one can be requested from your stateroom host/hostess for the bottom bed. When you are selecting your stateroom category, you will need to make sure your room sleeps four to have the bunk bed option. You can select from a Standard Inside Stateroom, Deluxe Inside Stateroom, Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom, Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom, Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah, Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah or a Concierge Suite. So anything from no windows to a large outdoor space! Disney Cruise Line offers some of the most spacious and comfortable accommodations at sea no matter what you choose.
I also want to let you know that many of the staterooms offer a split bathroom design, which is a huge timesaver while getting ready in the morning and at bedtime! One bathroom will have a sink and toilet with storage and the other will have a sink and tub/shower combination. The stateroom category that does not offer the split bath is the Standard Inside Stateroom.
I hope I've steered you in the right direction, Bonnie! Please keep us posted with additional questions and good luck with your plans.
