Hello, we are looking to book a character breakfast at Chef Mickeys for 8:00am in October. I'm told the buses dont run as often that early in the morning. Is this true? And how do we get there? We'd be coming from the Animal Kingdom Lodge.

Hi Amanda! Chef Mickey's is one of the more sought after character dining experiences available at Walt Disney World. And why not? It features everyone's favorite mouse, Mickey Mouse and pals ! You are correct in that bus transportation does not begin until one hour prior to theme park opening time. Also, there are no direct resort to resort buses, which would mean having to take a bus from Animal Kingdom Lodge to MK and walk to the Contemporary Resort (fastest route). Your best option would be to take a taxi from AKL to the Contemporary which may run you anywhere fro $7.00- $10.00. Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation! -Malanie
