    Hello, I am looking to ask some family members to my Friends and Family list on the My Disney Experience app, but when I select “Add a Guest”, it states “There are no connected Guests at this time”. Are there any suggestions on how to add these guests?

    Hi Caleigh!

    My Disney Experience is such a fun way to plan a Walt Disney World Vacation with your friends and family! It does take a few minutes to get everything set up correctly. I'm happy to help you sort through it.

    If you aren't able to connect via the "Find through my connected guests" option, you can choose two other ways to connect. The first option is via an existing Walt Disney World reservation. This allows you to enter a confirmation number and automatically connect to everyone. Alternatively, you can also use this option if you have names, dates or other vacation information for your travel party.

    The second additional option, and the one I use the most often, is by entering a name and age. Once you do this, you'll be able to send an email invitation to any adult you'd like to connect with on the app. They'll receive a notification for a connection, and once they accept, you'll be on your way to planning.

    This should help you connect with everyone in your group, but if you need some additional help, the My Disney Experience team is available at (407) 939-4357. They can sort out any issues quickly!
