Welcome back, Jennifer! One year from now, it'll be time for your family to set sail with
Disney Cruise Line for what is sure to be a magical adventure! Being from the Midwest, as you are, my family loves to sneak away on a Disney Cruise in the winter to escape the cold and snow back home when we head south for the Bahamas and Caribbean with Captain Mickey! Just think of that right now as you shiver in the cold - at this time next year you'll be lounging with a fruity drink and your toes in the sand!
The All Ashore times that are listed on your itinerary are approximate times when guests will be able to
disembark in each port. They are usually pretty accurate. However, they can change slightly based on when the ship actually pulls in the dock and is cleared for guests to debark. However, on all of our sailings, we've found that the times we've hoped to head onto land, based on what was posted, were pretty accurate.
Now, if you've booked a
Port Adventure with Disney Cruise Line, usually you'll be meeting up with the adventure guide onboard the ship at the time your adventure begins, and the whole group will walk off together. So, be sure to browse all of the exciting Port Adventures that are offered for each port of call you'll visit. If you don't book one in every port, be sure to try at least one! Disney really plans the most amazing experiences for their guests!
Have fun as you continue to plan, and please stop back over this next year if you have other questions. We are happy to help!
