Ahoy, Amy!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It is a pleasure to assist you again with your cruise plans. I'm always excited when Disney Cruise Line offers new ports-of-call on their itineraries especially in
Alaska! It's one of many reasons for me to book another cruise to the Last Frontier! I browsed the offerings for Icy Strait and did not see a Port Adventure that goes to Glacier Bay National Park at this time. Since this is a new stop for the
Disney Wonder, I encourage you to continue to check the
Icy Strait Port Adventures as excursions can still be added. I did notice that the
Whale, Wildlife and Bear Search goes to Point Adolphus, which is just outside the Glacier Bay National Park. This adventure takes you on land and sea to explore the humpback whale feeding grounds and to see some amazing wildlife in the rainforest. It sounds like it would be an incredible experience.
Also, there was a post on
Icy Strait on the Disney Parks Blog recently with some great recommendations that you may want to read over before you select your excursions.
Amy, please let us know if we can assist you further with your plans to visit Alaska!
Have a WONDERful day!
Nancy
