Hiya, Brittany.
I'm so glad you followed that trail of pixie dust that led you to planDisney! With only a few weeks to go to your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation, I imagine you are counting down the days and maybe even minutes. Who can blame you? After all, pretty soon you'll be flying high with
Dumbo, partaking in all the
50th Anniversary Celebration festivities, and experiencing all the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival has to offer.
Together is the best place to be, and there is no better place to be together with family than The Most Magical Place on Earth. I'm happy to hEAR you will be bringing your little one along for the adventure. Some people think infants are too young to bring along, but I think it's never too early to start making those magical memories together. I remember the look on my friend's baby's face the first time he went on
"it's a small world" - his eyes lit up with excitement, his cheeks creased with the wrinkles of a wide smile, and his laughter filled the air. It was a moment of tangible Disney magic that his mom will remember and cherish forever. Now, you will have the opportunity to make core memories like that with your little one too!
Walt Disney World Resort puts the Guest experience at the heart of everything they do. They can accommodate the needs of Guests of every shape, size, age, and ability. I am happy to report this includes even the youngest of Mouseketeers. Complimentary
cribs and playpens are available by request on a first-come, first-served basis at all
Disney Resorts Collection hotels. You may request a crib when booking your Resort reservation or upon arrival at your hotel. They will do their best to accommodate your request, though it's not a guarantee.
During the Resort reservation booking process, at checkout, click "Change" next to "Room and Amenity Requests" under the Guest Information section on the page. Click the box next to "Crib" to put in your request for a crib or playpen. If you've already booked your Resort hotel reservation, I encourage you to call 407-939-1936 and speak with the friendly Cast Members at the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations line. They will be able to wave their magic wands and notate your request for a crib on your reservation. Of course, you can always wait to put in the request when you arrive at your Resort hotel and check in at the Front Desk, but I advise against this. The earlier you put in your request, the better.
Brittany, I hope this information is helpful. Please stop back by planDisney if you have further questions. We'd be happy to help. Now, go reach out and find your happily ever after on your magical vacation!
See ya real soon,
Alyssa
