    When I looked at the hours for last December there were some days MK was listed as opening at 8:00 am, & morning EMH. Does this mean the park opened at 7am? As early birds we would love that if it happens this year, but I need some EMH clarification.

    The stated hours of operation on the park calendars are the hours for the general public. Extra Magic Hours for WDW resort guests are always in addition to these general calendar hours.

    Park hours for December 2009 have not been released yet, but as you've guessed, it can often be helpful to look at past practices to get an idea of what to expect at WDW. During the busiest times of the year, Disney World does run loooong park hours. If you were looking at dates during Christmas week, it is certainly possible that morning Extra Magic Hours would start as early as 7:00 a.m. (You might also find that evening Extra Magic Hours would keep the park open as late as 2:00 a.m. for Disney resort guests.)

    You should expect to see the hours for December 2009 posted in early September.
