I have looked at a few menus that are available online. I am not seeing a kid's menu on any of them. Am I not looking in the right spot? I have a 3 and 4 year old and am trying to make reservations for us. Any tips?

With the one exception of Victoria & Alberts, EVERY restaurant at WDW has a kids' menu. I agree that it is a bit frustrating that the children's menus are not on the WDW website. Luckily there is another alternative. For menu information, I always go to the fabulous independent website allears.net. At the very top of the page, there is a link that says "Dining." Click here and you will be taken to a good general overview page about the dining situation at Walt Disney World. On the left, there is a link that says "The Menus!" By clicking here, you'll be taken to ALL the Disney menus, including the kids' menus.

When my children were preschoolers they were all about the characters. So we spent A LOT of our time at Disney World dining at character meals. There are a number of choices for character meals, you should choose based on your children's character interests and your preferred location. In addition to character fun, those meals are also great because most of them are served buffet style. I always find that buffets are great for smaller kids because there are lots of options and the kids can see what they're getting before they select it.

    Happy eating!
