How to look for splash mountain picture ride without PhotoPass?

Hi, Leonel! Sounds like you had a Splashtastic day in Magic Kingdom Park! As soon as we come home from our magical days in the parks, I always hop on the Disney PhotoPass website and start sorting through our pictures. The Memory Maker product gives me the ability to download all of our Disney PhotoPass pictures, even the on-ride photos and videos. If you did not purchase Memory Maker before your trip, you can still download some of the Disney PhotoPass pictures that were saved to your account.

You can actually take a look at these through your My Disney Experience mobile app or you can head on over to the Disney PhotoPass website. On the app, just scroll down once the app loads until you find the section. Once you click the Disney PhotoPass header, the app will load all of your pictures. As long as you were wearing a MagicBand while on the attraction, then your photo should have saved to your linked account. At this time, the MagicBand is required to easily link the photo. If you were not wearing a MagicBand, then you could have scanned your Disney Theme Park Ticket to the picture once you exited the attraction. However, I know sometimes the photos do not automagically link, so I want to encourage you to contact Disney PhotoPass Cast Members who can help you find your picture. They will need information such as the date, time of day, and other helpful information that may assist them in locating your picture.

I hope this helps you find your plunge through the Briar Patch! Thanks so much for stopping by and please let us know if you have any other questions!
