Where do I look up all past planned vacations on Disney app?

    Hi Amy,

Every Disney World vacation is different and special but like you, I like to look back at my past vacations for ideas on what I do and do not want to prioritize for an upcoming trip. Unfortunately, there is currently no way to look at past reservations or plans in the My Disney Experience app. If you are looking for help with past purchases or old vacation photos, there are a few options.

If you are looking for past bills, you can call Guest Services Billing and they will be able to help you pull up past invoices for resort hotels and ticket purchases. You could also ask them what information they have access to and they may be able to pull up some of your past plans especially if they are for things that are purchased separately like anything from the Enchanting Extras collection.

Another great way to see what you did on your past vacations is by looking back at PhotoPass photos from your trip. If you are missing any of your photos or need to get old ones you can contact Disney World to get their help looking for these past experiences.

I know this may not be the answer you were hoping for but luckily there are some great planning tools available to you for your upcoming experience. I recommend using My Disney Experience as much as possible. If you want to keep a record of your vacations going forward, many of my friends utilize Excel spreadsheets or Google Docs to track their planning! I prefer to make it new and fresh every time I visit.

    Happy Planning,
    Jenna
