Where do I look to see when my annual pass expires?

    Hiya Carol!

I love it when a fellow Annual Passholder stops by with a question for us. Welcome to planDisney!

Isn’t having your own Annual Pass the best? The perks are pretty terrific, like complimentary standard theme park parking and discounts on select dining, merchandise, and more! And, of course, nothing beats being able to return to the magic over and over again during the year!

Carol, to check your Annual Pass expiration date, please open up your My Disney Experience Mobile App. Next, tap on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right (≡), and choose the Tickets and Passes option. Here, you’ll be able to see your Annual Pass, and towards the bottom of your pass, it will show you the expiration date. If you look below this area, it will also allow you to choose the option to upgrade your pass and save it to your Wallet!

If you need to renew your pass soon, you’ll be happy to know that Guests can renew their passes up to 60 days before and 30 days after the pass expiration date. If you’re using the monthly payment program, you can renew your annual passes online, at any of the Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket windows, or at a Guest Relations location.

I hope you’re taking advantage of The Passholder Buzz! This mobile hub is just for Passholders and is located in your My Disney Experience Mobile App. It will give you the latest scoop on exclusive offers and limited-time perks!

Wishing you an enchanting visit, Carol!
