    Can I look up my account from a couple years ago

    If you simply need to reset your login information for your My Disney Experience account, you can use the "Forgot Password" at the My Disney Experience Sign In page. Then you can continue to use this account for all of your future, magical visits.

    If your previous vacations were before Walt Disney World Resort revolutionized the theme park experience with MyMagic+, I would recommend that you call (407) 939 - 6104 to speak with a friendly Cast Member who would be happy to access your account for you.
